French Beach Provincial Park is located near the mouth of the Strait of Juan de Fuca on the southwest shore of Vancouver Island. On this particular late October day a heavy fog settled over the beach and neighbouring woods.

As a sort of a miscellaneous postscript we mention that for some reason this particular photo is heavily linked on My Space. Perhaps the foggy mood suits teen angst.
