The is a panoramic view of the Olympic mountains in Washington state. The images were taken while standing on Mt. Tolmie in Victoria at 3 PM on 6 July, 2011. You can see the largest version of this image. It is 20 MB, 29 000 pixels wide.
On the left you'll see Mt. Ranier, 212 km from the camera. On the right a fog bank on the Strait of Juan de Fuca southwest of Sooke on Vancouver Island. Mt. Olympus is to the right of centre. You can make out a number of vessels in the fog.
