The is a panoramic view of the Olympic mountains in Washington state. The images were taken while standing on Mt. Tolmie in Victoria, BC at 3 PM on 6 July 2011. You really need to load one of the larger images. Choose from 6 MB, 15 000 pixels wide and the largest, 20 MB, 29 000 pixels wide.
On the left you'll see Mt. Ranier, 212 km from the camera. On the right a fog bank on the Strait of Juan de Fuca southwest of Sooke on Vancouver Island. Mt. Olympus is to the right of centre. You can make out a number of vessels in the fog.
